Dropdown lists
Add or deactivate options for Submit / Edit. Existing WIR rows keep their saved text — renaming here does not rewrite history. Choose Description templates (by trade) to edit how auto-descriptions are written for each trade.

Slash fields — what do they mean?
- Stage / Element / Building / Village / Grade — filled from the WIR form.
- Notes (
{notes_paren}) — uses the Notes style dropdown above (dash, no dash, or blank). - Notes text (
{notes}) — just the note words; add your own punctuation in the sentence. - Grade — concrete grade from the form (e.g. C300). Type
@yourself before village if needed.
Live preview
Saving only affects new submits and edits. Use Apply to existing WIRs to rewrite old descriptions for the selected trade (Closed rows are briefly reopened for the write).
Telegram bot
Pause the bot, manage who can use it, and tune behaviour (limits, commands, messages). Changes apply within about a minute — no Worker redeploy. Get your chat ID from @userinfobot in Telegram. Bot tokens stay in Cloudflare secrets.

These switches control what the bot may do — change anytime without coding.
Control Center
Standalone admin operations — users, workflow settings, bug reports, and production deploy. Telegram pause / allowlist / behaviour stay under Bot. Dropdown labels stay under Lists. Code-level bugs still need a developer.
Accounts
Create users, change roles (admin / submitter / viewer), send password reset, or deactivate. Create user also adds the email to the Google sign-in allowlist — they can use Google without opening Supabase.

Google sign-in allowlist
Only these work emails may use Sign in with Google. Creating a user above adds them here automatically. Use this list to allow an existing account, or remove someone from Google (email/password still works). If the allowlist is empty, Google sign-in is blocked for everyone.
Workflow & site
These apply without redeploying. Dropdown labels stay in Lists. Turn on only what you need — rare options are here so you never wait on a developer.
Report a bug
Sends to your bug email (Settings) and/or Telegram allowlist. Use for field issues that need a code fix.
Deploy (production)
Production only — staging is a separate environment and is not deployed from here.
Site deploy runs immediately. Worker buttons open GitHub Actions (type deploy to confirm).
Report
Build a CSV from current WIR records. Choose columns, filter with keywords
(; = AND), then download. Columns update when fields appear on
records or are deactivated in system settings below.
